10-3-10 Wedding!

A couple of pictures from the wedding I did today.

My first wedding! I made 160 cupcakes and one 8", four layer cake!

Scones

The ones on the left are blueberry scones topped with a light confectioners sugar icing. The others are a pumpkin cinnamon chip scone with a confectioners sugar and spices icing.

These were made with a Splenda blend (only 2 Tbsp) rather than than 1/4 cup of brown sugar. Shown here are four regular size cupcakes and four mini size.

These are Chocolate Peanut Butter Chip Cookies. A little creation that I came up with the other night.
