These are Chocolate Peanut Butter Chip Cookies. A little creation that I came up with the other night.

Hello everyone! I'm back from Mexico and ready to bake, bake, bake!!

I know....I know....that's a lot of time and how are you going to manage - but I promise when I get back I'll bake some more yummy treats! New Pina Colada Cupcake!!!!

This is a jumbo Pina Colada Cupcake. Yummy vanilla cake with a little bit of rum, pineapple juice, crushed pineapple and some coconut. Topped with sweetened shaved coconut.
