Wedding - July 24th, 2011

This was 150 white chocolate and red velvet cupcakes with buttercream frosting. I made the cherry cupcake toppers out of fondant.  The 2-layer cake was red velvet with a bavarian cream filling, covered in buttercream and then in fondant.

First Tiered Cake

This is my first tiered cake. I decided to use just buttercream icing, instead of covering it in fondant. I know it doesn't quite match, but I wanted to try out a couple different ideas I had, so I 'killed two birds with one stone'! :)

10-3-10 Wedding!

My first wedding! I made 160 cupcakes and one 8", four layer cake!
