These are Chocolate Peanut Butter Chip Cookies. A little creation that I came up with the other night.

My yummy Pumpkin Cream Cheese Bars. One's topped with chocolate, another with carmel and white chocolate and the last one with whipped topping and chopped pecans.

Hello everyone! I'm back from Mexico and ready to bake, bake, bake!!

To all my fellow cupcake eaters: just an FYI - I'll be unavailable for your baking and sweet tooth needs until the 3rd of November. I know....I know....that's a lot of time and how are you going to manage - but I promise when I get back I'll bake some more yummy treats! New Pina Colada Cupcake!!!!

This is a jumbo Pina Colada Cupcake. Yummy vanilla cake with a little bit of rum, pineapple juice, crushed pineapple and some coconut. Topped with sweetened shaved coconut.
